Craigieburn Fieldnotes is an independent local publication about Craigieburn and its surroundings in Melbourne’s north. It helps readers find useful places and understand the everyday geography of the neighbourhood.

Our focus is food and coffee, parks and walks, family outings, sport and local amenities. We favour practical descriptions over unsupported claims about the “best” place in town. A listing is an editorial mention, not a guarantee or endorsement.

How we put a guide together

Guides draw on public information from venue operators, council services and other identifiable sources. We distinguish research from first-hand experience and do not imply that a writer has visited a place unless that is documented. Prices, access and opening hours should always be checked with the operator before travelling.
